By accessing or using MyTable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MyTable is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered menu chatbots and digital ordering systems for restaurants. Restaurant owners subscribe to the service on a monthly basis. Customers of the restaurant interact with the menu and ordering system without needing to create an account.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use MyTable as a restaurant owner, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

MyTable offers monthly subscription plans. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyTable only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for all content uploaded to your account, including menu items, images, and descriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

MyTable and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyTable and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyTable is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall MyTable be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
